About this RoleAs the Director of Talent Acquisition at Quanta Services you will play a crucial role in driving the organization's growth by developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. This position is responsible for sourcing and creating talent pipelines across universities, the military, and other strategic organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong forecasting capabilities to support our rapid growth. What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future hiring needs. Focus on building relationships with universities, military organizations, potential candidates and other key talent sources.

Pipeline Development: Create and manage talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical roles. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and partnerships to attract top talent.

Forecasting & Planning: Analyze organizational growth projections and collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs. Develop proactive recruitment strategies to support the company's expansion.

Recruiter Oversight: Provide guidance and support to recruiters at individual operating units. Ensure alignment with company-wide recruitment strategies while maintaining operational efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with operating unit presidents and the VP of HR to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals. Facilitate regular updates and coordination to ensure seamless integration of recruitment strategies.

Brand Management: Enhance the company’s employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing and outreach initiatives. Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.

Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators related to recruitment efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the VP of HR and other stakeholders on talent acquisition metrics and progress.

What You'll BringQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.

8+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategy experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing talent acquisition functions in a large, decentralized organization.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies, including experience with university and military partnerships.

Strong forecasting and planning skills, with the ability to anticipate and address future talent needs in a rapidly growing environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
