Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Law Firm Director of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting based in Houston, Texas. The primary role of this position is to spearhead all staffing efforts in our client's mid-sized litigation law firm, which is experiencing significant growth and is expanding into several new States. This role mainly operates in an office environment and is crucial in shaping the talent landscape of our client's firm.Responsibilities: Lead the talent acquisition process for all law firm roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. Utilize knowledge of the legal industry and specific law firm requirements to develop effective recruitment strategies. Leverage various tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Case Management Software, to streamline recruitment processes. Engage in active sourcing and recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Utilize Document Management skills to maintain accurate and updated records of all recruitment activities. Handle any complaints or issues that may arise during the recruitment process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Administer the firm's staffing efforts, ensuring all roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner. Apply Corporate Recruiting skills to attract top talent from various industries. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies that could enhance the recruitment process.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or similar professional services company Proficiency in using 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Document Management software Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies Sound decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks Strong analytical skills and ability to create reports and presentations Ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams and external partners.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
