HVAC Installation Manager

We are seeking an HVAC INSTALL MANAGER to help run our Santa Clara branch. This position takes ownership of the Install Department and reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Assist with the installation and repair of all HVAC equipment

Furnish tools, materials and supplies to install crews

Perform routine job-walks

order all equipment and supplies

Provide clients with estimates/quotes

Maintain good communication with the customers

Conduct interviews & assist with new-hire onboarding

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years as a Lead installer or relative management experience

Familiarity with HVAC systems (heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, package units, FAU's, furnaces & split systems)

Experience managing a team(s)

Ability to use computer software

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Highly organized & responsive to calls, text & emails
