Service Manager Needed

Plumbing Manager/Estimator Needed: F/T (Mon-Fri 7:30-4pm)

We are a family-owned plumbing company that specializes in commercial and residential service and repair. Our company prides itself on consistently great customer service and long-term customer loyalty.

Due to continued growth, we are searching for a Plumbing Manager/Estimator. We are looking for a people person and team player to join our ever-growing plumbing family!

Salary: TBD based on experience

Job Type: Full Time

The qualities and experience we are looking for in the ideal candidate are as follows:

● Punctual. Able to arrive and be ready to work by 7:30am every single workday.

● Highly reliable when it comes to attendance and availability.

● Ability to get tasks done with minimal supervision/direction.

● Ability to interface with staff members and to always represent the company in a highly professional manner.

● Must have great organizational and time management skills with strong initiative and attention to detail and accuracy.

● Must be extremely proactive, motivated, and a performance driven individual.

● Effective communication, and coordination with the team.

Experience

● Experiance as a Plumbing Manager or similar role in the Plumbing industry.

● Verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills

● Strong knowledge of plumbing equipment, supplies and material.

● Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks

● Excellence in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.

● Excellent listening skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
