Assistant Project Manager

We are an established residential builder in San Francisco looking for an Assistant construction manager whos is skilled in carpentry.

You are:

- Have 5+ years experience in high end residential renovations

- Polished, organized and on time.

- Computer literate (Excel, Word, e-mails, Contractor Foreman)

- Can multitask

- Skilled in finish and rough carpentry a plus

- Have truck and tools a plus

- Fluent in English with great communication skills ( Spanish a plus)

- Clean record

Some of the work includes:

- Assist General Contractor to work on multiple residential projects in San Francisco and Bay area

- Maintain Contractor Foreman, our management software.

- Coordinate schedule of subcontractors and team

- Manage construction workflow

- Read plans, estimate and take offs

- Organization of job site, tools, material pickup, scheduling and ordering

- Rough and finish carpentry when needed a plus

Compensation:

- $40 x hr to start ($83,000 x yr)

- Weekly pay, bonuses , 1 wk vacation pay (after 1 yr)

- Long-term position with room to advance.
