Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a responsible, organized, self-motivated individual to manage various high end residential construction projects at every phase from planning to completion.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a general contractor, PM or site superintendent for residential construction projects. Valid drivers license and vehicle to get to and from job sites/office, clean criminal background, be able to pass a drug test, working knowledge of computers and basic programs like excel and word, punctuality, organizational skills, the ability to follow through.

Pay based on experience and skill.
