Property owner seeking new Manager team (couple) for a 40 unit apt building located in San Francisco. RESUME REQUIRED to apply. Free apartment. Parking available. Looking for a couple to live on-site and work around the building, assist with vendor access, oversee maintenance, work with property manager, report issues to management, light cleaning and upkeep, good communication and presentation skills, well organized with good time management, ability to work well with others, friendly with the ability to be authoritative.
