On Site Resident Manager For Small Hayward Community

Our small, hidden Hayward community is looking for a new on-site property manager to help increase and maintain occupancy. If you have at least 4 years’ experience managing 50 plus unit properties, this could be the ideal situation for you.

Position Responsibilities:

Be on site for property needs, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

Physically walk and inspect the property and vacant units on a daily basis

Must be available and able to attend to after hour emergencies

Communicate with tenants and maintain a positive customer service attitude.

Perform move our inspections with tenants in a timely manner

Perform move inspections with new tenants

Keep apartments rented by leasing and preleasing vacant units

Help oversee vendors and maintenance working on the property

Collect and input rents

Requirements:

Must have at least 4 years’ experience as an onsite resident manager of 50 units or more

A comprehensive understanding of Fair Housing Law and/or California Real Estate law as it relates to property

management

Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly

Property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control and customer service

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Must project a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus
