Property owner seeking new Manager (s) for a 40 unit apt building located in San Francisco, ca. Free apartment. Parking available. Looking for a person to live on-site and work around the building, assist with vendor access, oversee maintenance, work with property manager, report issues to management, light cleaning and upkeep, good communication and presentation skills, well organized with good time management, ability to work well with others, friendly with the ability to be authoritative
