We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering Customer Calls: Troubleshooting issues related to product assembly, missing parts, product damages during transit, order cancellations, order arrival estimations, refunds, and more.

Coordinating with Warehouse: Following up on parts requests, locating specific parts, and ensuring they are shipped to customers promptly.

Order Processing: Printing order labels, sorting orders for the warehouse, and ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Excellent phone communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and other team members.
