What You'll Do:

Contact union members to schedule Zoom appointments.

Serve as the primary point of contact for union members via phone and Zoom.

Deliver supplemental benefits packages, answer questions, and enroll members into qualifying programs.

Complete electronic applications accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a consistent full-time schedule and participate in team training and check-ins.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of union benefits is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Problem-solving skills and a dedication to member advocacy.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Zoom.
