Customer Service / Collections Agent

OUR CALL CENTER IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE/ COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

- Must have Previous experience in sales/ call center

-Above average multi-tasking skills, being self-motivated and career oriented will help you excel

-Punctuality/ Attendance is mandatory

-Great communication skills, basic computer skills is a must

Working effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision

Daily activities include:

Call Collection Accounts on Past due Payments

Taking Inbound calls from customers for various customer questions or inquiries

Providing information regarding policy and procedures to retain open account

Documenting important information relating to accounts in detail

Performance evaluation after 90 days probation for pay increase

Hours of Operation Monday Through Friday 7am-4pm

Weekly Pay every Friday

Bonuses paid weekly
