We are currently seeking individuals that possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.

This position is 100% remote. In this position you will be a part of a growing team that provides consistent training and support.

What you'll do:

- Call union members to set up Zoom appointments.

- Serve as the first point of contact for union members nationwide primarily via phone and Zoom to deliver supplemental benefits packages on behalf of their union, answer any questions, and enroll them into programs they qualify for.

- Fill out electronics applications.

- Maintain a consistent full-time schedule.

- Be in training and check ins with your team.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of union benefits is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Problem-solving skills and a commitment to member advocacy.

- Proficiency in computer applications, including Zoom
