Service Advisor/Service Writer Needed for Car Pros Renton KIA

Service Advisor serves as first contact with customer and answers incoming phone calls pertaining to Vehicle repair orders. Job entails opening repair orders for service work and managing scheduling for assigned technicians.

The responsibilities and requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Having a passion for providing excellent service the customer with a positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.
