Meet & Greet customers

Service Write customers

Explain & Sell needed repairs

Answer Incoming phone calls

Schedule Appointments from incoming phone calls & internet

Able to Up Sell other repair needs & preventive maintenance

Provide Excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle

Communicate with parts suppliers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand

Answer detailed questions to customers about services performed and price information

Inventory control & order as needed
