Automotive Service Writer And Adviser:

Family owned Midas Auto Service and Tire Shop is looking for a Reliable and Experienced Automotive Service Writer and Advisor.

Must have Excellent People Skills, Top Sales Performance and Knowledge of Automotive Repairs.

Responsibilities:

Meet and Greet customers

Service Write customers

Explain and Sell needed repairs

Answer Incoming phone calls

Schedule Appointments from incoming phone calls and internet

Able to Up Sell other repair needs and preventive maintenance

Provide Excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle

Communicate with parts suppliers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand

Answer detailed questions to customers about services performed and price information

Inventory control

Pay Range is $25+/hr. Depending On Experience.

Plus Commission and Bonus. Employment Bonus Offered.
