Line/Prep Cook

Kiss Café is looking for a Solid Line/Prep Cook who likes the challenge of a small kitchen

35-40 hours a week

$23 - $28 hour (which includes the hourly wage and tips)

The busier we are the more you make

Line work - sandwiches, wraps, soup, salads and a few breakfast dishes

Prep - slicing meats, cheese, veggies, cook off bacon, hummus, tuna, chicken salad and salad dressings

Cleaning - general cleaning, dishes, floors and trash

A few requirements:

Timeliness

Positive attitude

Strong communication skills

Current food handlers card

Commercial kitchen experience a plus

Appreciates cleanliness and does't mind staying later to get the job done right
