Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes.

- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
