Shared Risk Platform provides a connected and streamlined approach risk management across Wells Fargo. The selected candidate will be experienced in application development, maintenance, and technology strategy. Candidate will strive to provide creative or innovative, yet practical solutions to the organization.In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4 years of C#
4 years of .Net Core
3 years of experience with RESTful API development
3 years of SQL Server
Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, .NET Core) and related technologies
Experience with RESTful API development
Knowledge of API Development and Integration
Extensive Experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of data integration frameworks and ETL Processes
Proficiency in Software Development best practices, including design patterns, code reviews, unit testing and continuous integration.
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Familiarity with DevOps practices
Advance problem solving and innovation
Advance documentation skills
