Senior Software Engineer
North Carolina, Charlotte, 28201 Charlotte USAAbout this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and spearhead the transformational next generation Contact Center Solution. You will be working with cross functional teams to develop innovative, mission-critical, massively scalable solutions with best-in-class cloud technology and platforms that offer differentiated user experience to all our customers.In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Manage and support application health, resiliency, and compliance of Workforce Management software.
Act as a liaison with vendors for problem diagnosis and resolution.
Review, recommend, and implement required system upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation.
Be apart of a cross-functional Kanban team to collaborate and implement value to the product and customer.
Develop and maintain production documentation in Confluence.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years experience in Contact Center Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
2+ years supporting and maintaining workforce management applications
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years experience install, build, design, configure, test, maintain workforce optimization software/tools- Alvaria, Verint
2+ years experience with integrating multi-channel data interfaces.
2+ years experience design and implementation of Identity and Access Management Controls
2+ years Windows Server Admin experience
2+ years Relational DB/SQL Experience
1+ year experience consuming REST-based web services
1+ year experience with writing automated tests
1+ year Kanban Experience
1+ year ServiceNow Experience
Google or Azure cloud certification
