Boutique Hedge Fund located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Personal Assistant to provide maternity leave coverage. This position will start in the beginning of September 2024 and go through early January 2025, M-F from 9am-6pm (with accessibility via phone/email after and before hours) on a hybrid schedule requiring Tues-Thurs on-site and M/F remote weekly. The ideal candidate has C-level support experience and is highly organized with a friendly, positive demeanor. Pay rate up to $40/hour.Responsibilities: Support Founder with all personal and professional items including calendar management and invoice reconciliation for Founder and family (4 adult children)Liaise between different departments including IT, building mgmt., accounting, etc. Play a role in setting up the new office post-move in OctoberSchedule in-person and virtual meetings on behalf of FounderManage expenses for a team of 10-15Answer phone on behalf of Founder Manage personal items relating to family members - random tasks including booking activities and travel, signing documents, and paying billsOversee Founder's driver; communicating Founder's schedule every morningOversee Founder's plane; keeping track of information for tax purposesCoordinate with staff at different properties: NYC, LA, Miami, and HamptonsHandle Uber and Lyft business accounts Manage and renew club and golf memberships, subscriptions including newspapers and magazines; organize incoming mail Deal with insurance claims and reimbursementsManage season tickets to sports events - sell if not using or send to peopleMaintain organization of login and password informationManage 2 receptionists, ensuring they are on top of all tasks Qualifications:3+ years' experience as an EA; need C-suite supportHighly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow up skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understand the pace of a hedge fund Friendly, positive and professional demeanorBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
