Building Superintendent

Looking for a resident Superintendent for a Co-op building in Ocean Pkwy in Brooklyn, NY. We are searching for someone with good people and time keeping skills, and is someone the apartment owners can firmly trust with securing the building.

This person will need to understand the infrastructure of the building, like the boiler, water lines, drain pipes etc. and be able to coordinate with Management and assorted vendors on various projects. Additionally, this person will need to be handy to perform basic maintenance jobs like painting, pipe/valve repairs, etc. to help upkeep the building.
