Building Porter

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Building Porter to join our team in Forest Hills New York. As a Building Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our four buildings. Experience with plastering, painting, or other handyman duties are welcome. (portfolio preferred)

Responsibilities Include:

Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.

Sweep and mop common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators.

Maintain thorough cleaning of laundry rooms on a daily basis.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with building established procedures.

Maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks and entryways.

Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report any issues to the supervisor.
