Off-Premise Superintendent

Are you a reliable and hands-on individual with a knack for property maintenance? We are seeking an Off-Premise Superintendent to oversee two residential properties (8 units each) located within a 10-minute drive of each other (zip code 11215).

Responsibilities:

- Comply with new NYC code for garbage take out and placement of cans - requires 4x week visits to each property to take garbage cans out to curb in the evening and to bring them back in the following morning.

- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of both properties (cleaning hallways at least twice a month, sweeping sidewalk as needed)

- Address urgent maintenance requests from tenants

- Perform snow removal as needed during winter months

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property maintenance preferred

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

The role can potentially lead to a full time superintendent position in larger portfolio of properties with competitive compensation plus free apartment.
