Desired candidates will be: Humble in their approach to learning and professional self-development Passionate about using high-quality and seasonal ingredients Energetic and enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills Job Details: Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a sous chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants Ability to support the line during service Fluent in the English language: ability to read, write and comprehend instructions. Bi or Mulit-lingual preferred. Have an outgoing, upbeat personality and positive attitude. Handle working in a high energy and fast paced environment. Work efficiently, utilize multi-tasking, and prioritize tasks. Inspection preparedness. Follow proper food safety practices in all BOH as well as assist FOH Supervise the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when needed Support the Executive Chef in maintainig a smooth and efficient service Maintain kitchen equipment following food & safety/restaurant standardsof cleanliness and organization Track food costs as requested Ensure that employees keep waste to a minimum Recognize the importance of employee morale and lead by example
