Lula, a new restaurant located in Ridgewood, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. At Lula, we intertwine food and community to provide a high-level dining experience, and we are looking for a leader who shares our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Owner/Executive Chef to maintain and exceed standards of excellence every night.

Lead and manage Front of House staff, ensuring top-tier service and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Enhance guest experiences by building relationships and encouraging repeat visits.

Serve as a role model, setting a positive example in all business aspects.

Cultivate a work environment that aligns with our values through positive communication and support.

Provide direction, instruction, and education to all Front of House employees.

Uphold and promote our core values of respect, excellence, and transparency.

Actively seek community outreach and engagement opportunities to boost sales.

Manage the reservation platform (Resy) to maximize sales and ensure a superior guest experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.

Proficiency with technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, Resy POS).

Detail-oriented and passionate about teaching and mentoring others.

Flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and employees.
