Job responsibilities include:

Commitment to high standards during day-to-day operations

Strong on-the-floor presence

Document, investigate, and resolve employee and guest incidents

Oversight of floor and bar managers

Recruiting, training, and retention of FOH staff

Adhere to corporate policies, including HR, IT, Purchasing, Payroll and Inventory

Controlling FOH labor costs

Respond to guest concerns

Support chef, kitchen leaders, and other BOH staff

Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion

Experience / Requirements:

5+ years of GM or Director of Operations experience in upscale, full-service restaurants

Management of $4+ million full-service restaurants with moderate volume of private events

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work a minimum of 50-55 hours per week, including weekend nights and holidays

Experience with fine dining restaurant clients

Food Handler Manager Certification

Support Chef, Kitchen Leaders, and other BOH staff
