Apartment Maintenance

Maintenance position for 70 unit, well maintained apartment community. Responsible for apartment turnovers and day to day maintenance issues. Must have experience with basic plumbing, light electrical, basic carpentry, painting and general maintenance. Applicant must have reliable transportation, some tools, communication skills, responsibility and common sense. Wages commensurate with ability and experience. Full time preferred, but will consider part-time.
