Job Description:

Apartment community located in Waterford near Scott Lake and Elizabeth Lake Rds., is looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a maintenance tech. If you have experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, have valid driver's license, and work well with others, send us your resume.

You will be responsible for apartment turnover and routine maintenance for our current residents.

This is a full time position with benefits.
