Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detailed oriented individual to join our team as an apartment cleaner. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our apartment units as they become vacant as well as common areas.

In unit Responsibilities:

-Cleaning and Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens and living areas

-Washing and degreasing apartment walls, ceilings, kitchen cabinets and appliances, windows, doors, closets.

-Sweeping,vacuuming, mooping

Common Area Responsibilities:

-Clean entry ways

-Emptying out junk mail

-Vacum hallway carpet

-Cleaning lower hallway windows inside and out

-Sanitize and wipe off stairway railings

-Sweep up basement floors

-Sanitize and wipe down laundry machines

-Empty laundry room trash

-Empty and change basement trash

All cleaning materials and supplies are provided
