Window and Door Showplace seeks full-time Sales Consultants to join their team of industry experts in your choice of Alexandria, Virginia or McLean, Virginia. If you are motivated and customer-focused, this may be a perfect fit for you. Having a background in home improvement, sales, or building materials is a bonus.
As a Sales Consultant, you will help homeowners, architects, and contractors find the perfect window and door solution for new construction projects, or window and door replacements in an existing home.
WHAT WE OFFER.
Training for Success: Enjoy 3 months of guaranteed training salary at $800/week, equipping you to thrive.
Earnings: $75,000 - $95,000+ expected first year base wage plus uncapped commissions offer an unlimited earning potential.
Leads Provided: We provide company-generated leads to help you hit the ground running.
Longevity: Our Sales Consultants average 15 years of tenure with average annual earnings ranging from $100,00-$200,000, a testament to our supportive and rewarding environment.

Full-time position working Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm, plus every other Saturday to cover the showroom from 10am – 4pm.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Build strong, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their project needs.
Conduct showroom walk-throughs, phone consultations, and in-home presentations.
Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure exceptional results.
Learn manufacturer software with provided training to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain a professional, customer-first approach to ensure every project leads to glowing referrals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Sales Experience: Proven success in home improvement sales is a plus, but we also welcome entry-level candidates ready to grow.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
Technology Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other digital platforms.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, travel locally on occasion, and be able to pass a drug and background screening.
