Job Summary:
Langley Remodeling is fastly growing and seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in interior remodeling sales, with a preference for candidates who have previous experience in project management (not required).
Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
Identify and cultivate new B2C business opportunities in the field of home interior remodeling.(kitchen, bathroom , basement etc)
Expert in Interior Remodeling Sales and comfortable working with residential clients
Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Accountable for generating his or her own leads through business development activities
1. Home/field visits and Brochures Distribution
2. Online Leads creation
Preferably he/she will have a customer portfolio/ contacts list
Accountable for facilitating the design process (collaborating with the design team)
Accountable for construction/project cost estimates
Develop and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
Project Management (Preferred):
While not responsible for project management, a background in project management is preferred.
Collaborate with the project management team to provide insights and support when needed.
Customer Relations:
Foster positive and long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service delivery.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Strive to exceed customer expectations to enhance the company's reputation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in interior remodeling sales.
Previous experience in project management is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of interior remodeling materials, techniques, and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior remodeling sales.
Pay :
Base Salary & Commission based on experience and performance
$100k + annual earnings possible
