Position Highlights:

Lead High-Profile Cases: Manage a diverse portfolio of 50-75 active litigation cases, navigating pretrial, trial, and appellate stages with strategic oversight.

Drive Legal Strategy: Serve as lead counsel throughout all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation to appeals, ensuring optimal case management and outcomes.

Innovate Operational Practices: Collaborate with our team to implement and refine procedural changes, enhancing our firm’s efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, Colorado bar license, and 3-5 years of lead counsel experience in contested litigation for financial institutions.

Skills: Admission to practice in all three Colorado federal districts, exceptional communication skills, superior organizational abilities, and proficiency with legal research tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.

Experience: Proven track record in managing contested default cases and banking litigation in Colorado.

Flexible Work: Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week on-site in our Centennial, Colorado office after a 90-day training period.

Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $90,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands:
