Litigation Attorney

Gibson Arnold is helping a firm here in Denver, CO. with a litigation attorney. The firm is looking for a fast-paced attorney who can take a project, get it done, and take it across the finish line; from start to finish.

- This candidate will do their own research.

- Minimum of 6 years + experience in complex civil litigation.

- Remote with occasional meetings with Partner of the firm.

- Work ebbs and flows (roughly 20-30 hours/wk).

- Top school credentials.

While the candidate will not need to go to court, this will include all phases of litigation, such as:

- Summary judgments.

- Preparing first drafts on filings.

- Discovery/review.

- Discovery to send out.

- Dealing with clients on fact gatherings and investigations.

The ideal candidate will independent & technical, take direction well, and enjoy writing and research.
