Entry - Mid level Refrigeration/HVAC technician with 1-3 year’s experience in the field. Graduated HVAC trade school is plus (not required) and understands basic use of tools, vacuum pump, manifold gauges, freon recovery equipment and tools used in trade. Familiar with basic troubleshooting of walk in coolers, HVAC package and split system and reach in refrigeration. (Openly accept training and constructive input)

Mechanical assistant enjoys working with their hands, utilizing hand tools, trouble-shoot, tinkering, repairing things with aptitude to disassemble and reassemble of equipment/automobile/appliance/miscellaneous. Willing to train for a motivated individual to work flexible schedules in tradesman profession. Recent graduate and current students in HVAC/Refrigeration field is a plus to utilize your formal training while learning real world trouble-shooting of commercial equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Individual desire to learn hands on service trouble-shooting skills in HVAC/Refrigeration

Communicate effectively with team, customers and suppliers

Repairing commercial exhaust ventilators, industrial refrigeration and HVAC

Assist in bringing tools, parts and materials onsite to diagnosis commercial equipment

Climbing ladders and working safely on roofs (Mandatory)

Utilizing hand/power tools with organized approach

Take apart and reassemble commercial kitchen exhaust ventilator/motors

Troubleshoot and repair commercial walk in, reach in refrigeration/freezers

Driving work van to customer in SF bay area (No DUI - clean record)

Lift and hoist equipment with rope to roof (50+ lbs) multiple times
