Experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman / Crew Lead

Maxon Mechanical, Inc a well-established commercial HVAC contractor serving Northern California is currently hiring experienced working Foreman / Crew Leads throughout Northern California. Minimum of 5 years HVAC / Sheet metal experience in the COMMERCIAL sector, we specialize in retail, restaurants, grocery stores, mall tenant spaces and commercial office spaces.

The Foreman / Crew Lead position would require experience and knowledge of Commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, including, layout, material ordering, installation, project coordination, crane lifts, coordination with other trades, accurate scheduling of support employees, experience in welded grease ducting & fire wrap projects a plus+.

All applicants must have standard sheet metal tools, reliable transportation, clean DMV record & must be insurable, commercial experience. This position requires a positive attitude, punctual, motivated and disciplined individual.
