Outdoor Construction Foreman - Construction Lead
California, San francisco bay area 00000 San francisco bay area USASan Francisco-based Landscape Design Studio looking for one or two experienced and skilled Construction Foreman to lead small (2-4 person) construction crews in and around San Francisco.
We are Collecting Flowers Garden Design, and we are a licensed C-27 Landscape Design/Build Studio. We are a family business, and have been fortunate enough to be successfully operating out of San Francisco for approximately the last ten years, and have been featured in various trade publications. We are extremely busy, and we are looking at expanding our crew in order to keep up with demand. We currently have a workforce of about 10 people, all of which are like family, and ideally would want that same relationship out of any future people we work with. Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus, but not required. Please be a kind, respectful and dedicated person, and ideally love what you do, as we do our best to do the same.
Skills ideally include some of, if not all, carpentry, cement work, tile work, irrigation, low voltage lighting/electrical, etc. We do complete outdoor renovations, and the ideal candidate should be very comfortable building decks, fences, retaining walls, pouring and finishing concrete, and stone, mason, and tile work. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Pay Depends on Experience, but we offer very competitive hourly rates, and believe everyone should have a comfortable and respectable living wage, especially here in the Bay Area.
Hours can slightly vary week to week, but usually fall between 30-40 hours a week. There are occasional days where there are small breaks between jobs (a couple days, one week or so). We are flexible as possible, there are some optional Saturdays, and we usually are on site roughly either 8-4pm or 9-5pm.
Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you!
