Seeking Construction Project Manager/Superintendent

Seeking Construction Project Manager/Superintendent- negotiable plus bonus potential.

The company:

Existing construction business with $10m of work to start 2024 seeking an estimator/business development partner to join the team. We're an established business focused on private residential and commercial work with experience including multiple condominium projects. Growth is the focus of this role and the right candidate should be looking for a long term commitment as we take this company to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a business background with 6-10 years experience in San Francisco Bay Area construction in the roles of superintendent, project manager, estimator or field operator.

Public works experience is a major expansion opportunity and thus experience in that area is a huge advantage.

Salary is negotiable in the 100K+ range depending on experience and assigned responsibilities.
