Telecommunications Technician

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician who has expertise in various telecommunications systems and equipment.

Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and equipment

- Detect and troubleshoot issues with electrical components

- Design and implement telecommunications systems

- Conduct cabling installations for data and voice networks

- Perform system testing and ensure proper functionality

- Provide technical support to customers regarding telecommunication services

- Build and configure communication infrastructure

- Utilize voltmeters and other tools to diagnose problems

Skills: Telecommunications Job Description

- Proficiency in cabling installations and system design

- Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations

- Experience in alarm system sales or service technician roles is a plus

- Ability to work with various tools including voltmeters

- Familiarity with locksmithing techniques for security systems
