Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and hospitality industry standards
- Strong budgeting skills to manage costs effectively
- Excellent team management abilities to lead and motivate staff
- Experience in cookery, bartending, or food service is a plus
- Ability to conduct staff training sessions on various topics related to restaurant operations
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or similar setting is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,933.00 - $100,000.00 per year
