Cock Robbin is a fun, new, and exciting burger restaurant coming soon to The Barlow! We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team as we create a unique dining experience that celebrates great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and a high level of service.
Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and expenses to achieve financial goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
Drive community engagement and build a loyal customer base.
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistent food quality and menu innovation.
Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and increase foot traffic.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and staff management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating a positive work culture.
