Construction Superintendent

Superintendent:

Must have five years or more of experience of construction and process light civil, site, park construction.

Publis works and prevailing wages

Effectively managing a staff, multiple subcontractors trades and successfully coordinate suppliers and deliveries while meeting the project schedule.

Have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction and abilities in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.

Ability to present one's self in a professional manner and represent the company image.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
