Growing Commercial General Contractor looking for a part time Superintendent/Supervisor for smaller projects, which could possibly grow into a full time position, depending on company growth and the goals of the candidate. Some general construction knowledge is helpful, but experience in this exact role is not mandatory. More importantly, the right individual will have a positive attitude, good communication and planning skills, common sense, and be willing and able to learn. Part time for this role means the projects would be anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks at a time, with downtime between projects. During the course of the projects the work would generally be 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7am - 3:30pm. Some projects may vary on the workdays/hours.
