Immediate opening Mitigation Specialist SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY

Position: Mitigation Specialist - Olympia Services

Responsibilities:

- Participate in an on-call rotation once a month for a full week to answer phones, update readings promptly, and handle emergency calls.

- Ensure all flood technicians are assigned to flood jobs daily and that service calls are completed before 4 pm daily.

- Update all customers and files daily for accurate documentation and progress tracking.

- Provide timely updates on job status to all stakeholders involved in the mitigation process.

- Respond to emails promptly, ensure correct photo documentation of job sites, and upload photos accurately.

- Maintain clear communication from mitigation to the reconstruction department.

- Discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback to the mitigation manager.

- Ensure all paperwork is completed on the job sites daily and work authorization forms are filled out accurately.

- Obtain necessary releases when required and ensure all jobs have Certificates of Completion (COC) signed off.

- Input all readings daily, complete Mica reports daily, and ensure Xactimate final billing is done within 48 hours.
