Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to address customer needs promptly.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide updates on customer orders and status.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) to meet customer requirements.
Resolve customer issues accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Utilize the company's order processing system and contribute to enhancing efficiency for superior customer service.
Provide solutions, recommendations, and product information with a sense of urgency and empathy.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with company SOPs related to customer service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SOS, and QBO.
Effective time management abilities.
Compensation: $20 per hour
