Thursday/Friday Year-Round Customer Service at Mellano Farm Stand

The Mellano Farm Stand is a family-owned flower/produce farm inland Oceanside (near Bonsall) that hosts visitors looking to enjoy a day at the farm - Strawberry U-Pick, Flower U-Pick, tractor rides, weekend festivals, etc. We are looking for a few part-time employees to work Thursdays and Fridays, as well as occasional weekend dates. The role will include welcoming guests, transactions on the cash register, talking to customers, escorting them to u-pick areas, kids’ crafts, etc.

After Halloween the season slows down and you will mainly focus on the customers visiting the stand.

It is a great environment and customers come to have a great time so you must have a positive personality! We are a working farm so you must love the outdoors and not mind multi-tasking and getting a bit dusty!
