We are currently seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the commercial real estate industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing customer inquiries

Presenting property features

Assisting with leasing procedures

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Documenting interactions for quality control purposes

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to work remotely

Applicants must be based in the United States

High school diploma or equivalent required
