Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and a smooth flow during service hours.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

Assist with inventory and stock management, including the proper storage of ingredients.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously.

Contribute to menu development with creative ideas and suggestions.

Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.

Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.

Passion for cooking and a strong work ethic.
