Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled grill/saute cook to join our team. Looking for someone with 3-5 years on a hot line, current ServeSafe certification, and willingness to learn.

Duties:

- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep tasks.

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

- Assist the Chef in preparing meals following our recipes.

- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized.

- Monitor food stock and report shortages to Chef.

- Help dish's

Skills:

- Proficient in using knives and other kitchen equipment.

- Knowledge of food safety principles.

- Experience in the food industry or culinary field.

- Ability to handle food safely and hygienically.

- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Current ServeSafe required (must obtain within 30 day of hire)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (including tips)
