Busy Psychotherapy Office Seeks Part Time Finance- Admin Assistant

Seeking Part- time ( 12 hours ) per week Monday - Wednesday - Friday 9 am - 1 pm for busy therapy group practice with general duties.

Must have some previous Medical/ Psych experience a + . In person one day per week plus also remote .

Duties to include processing new therapists applications- updating patient spreadsheets- tracking accuracy of records- Processing payments.

Characteristics.

Very detail oriented

Must have good social skills re interacting with patients

Willing to ask questions and communicate efficiently and effectively & be receptive to learning .

This is not a full time position. Only those interested in Part time to apply.

Immediate start . Training on site at Burbank office.
